Shipping and Payment
You can place your order online and pay for it by Credit / Debit card. All sales will be processed on the www.hailo-shop.co.uk as this enables you to purchase goods, view invoices and view your prices in one place. A telephone order or order by email is currently not possible.
Next day delivery is available at an extra charge. Orders must be placed by noon to allow us time to process your order and get it ready for despatch. Please note, carriers normally only deliver Monday to Friday, so an order placed on Friday for next day delivery will be delivered the following Monday. It is not possible to arrange for goods to be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday.
Please note we only deliver to Mainland UK addresses. Most of our products will be delivered free of charge for England and Wales. However, the following charges will apply to other areas:
- United Kingdom – (UK Mainland Only ) Delivery is free
- Scotland – Free except for highlands and Islands.
- Northern Ireland- £80
- Isle Of Man – POA
- Off Shore – POA
- The Channel Islands – Not Available
- Saturday Deliveries – Not Available
- Southern Ireland – Not available.
Our Free Delivery Service is for a 3 – 5 working day delivery service
When you take delivery of goods from a carrier they will ask you to sign that you have received the goods in good condition. www.hailo-shop.co.uk therefore, advise that you check the goods thoroughly before signing. If you notice that the goods are damaged please reject the delivery and contact us as soon as possible so that we can organise a replacement without delay.
We accept all major payment cards with payment taken securely online by SecureTrading, a leader in secure online payments. SecureTrading will deduct the amount immediately from your card and notify www.hailo-shop.co.uk of the purchase. Please note we do not hold any customer financial information.

What are your delivery charges?
Most products are delivered free of charge to the UK mainland, although some areas may have an additional charge, for example, the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Ireland. Please check with us first. Items over 6 metres in closed length will incur a separate carriage charge. If you require large items please check with us first for the exact carriage cost at [email protected]
How do I select a delivery day?
It is not possible to guarantee a specific delivery date. However, you can specify a preferred date in the additional comments part of the checkout form. We will always aim to deliver before or on this day.
When will I receive my Order?
Delivery will be 3 – 5 working days unless a product is out of stock. We only deliver during the weekdays and not on the weekends.
Most of our items are dispatched within 24 hours if in stock. However, please allow up to 14 days for out of stock items.
A member of staff will advise you if we do not expect to meet the delivery date.
What happens if an item that I order is unavailable?
Every effort is made to display only items that are in stock or which can be dispatched to you quickly. Occasionally we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately.
If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, have products sent as soon as they become available or cancel the order.
What happens if the goods are damaged or faulty upon delivery?
If received goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery you have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund provided this is reported within 1 working day from the delivery date.
